Glass Harbour Group holds an acquisition and disposal agency presence within the London market, focusing on the Residential, PBSA and Industrial sectors. Having advised on transactions totalling £40m since inception, our track record, industry contacts and experience continue to allow us to provide a best in class service.
Furthermore, commercial agency and transactional services are provided across the South of England to retained clients.
A recent example includes the agency and advisory on the disposal of a 2.7 acre site in South East London, reflecting a 2.8% NIY.

Ash Haus Design & Construction
Ash Haus is our own in-house construction company, working hand in hand under the Glass Harbour Group of companies to build out both our residential and commercial projects.
Having construction capability within the group is not just a convenience, it is central to how we deliver. When design, development and build sit under the same roof, decisions move faster, standards stay consistent, and nothing gets lost in translation between teams. From the first sketch to the final finish, every stage is owned, managed and executed by people who care about the outcome as much as you do.
Our tradespeople and site managers are handpicked for their skill and their attitude. We work with a close network of trusted specialists - joiners, glaziers, structural engineers, groundworkers - who understand the quality we demand and return to us project after project.
