Billy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Real Estate Development. Having worked for several years across roles in the West End as a Senior Land Manager, Billy now focuses on development and investment on the South Coast. Billy’s attention to detail and drive to create the best has formed Glass Harbour Group into a well respected real estate entity.

Tristram has been in construction for over 20 years. During this time, his commitment to design and delivery has led to the growth of several successful commercial and residential property development businesses. Having founded both Ash Haus Construction and Modular Ops, both companies actively work hand in hand with Glass Harbour Group on its projects.
