Compliance Statement – MLC 2006

Glass Harbour Group operates in full compliance with the Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) 2006. We do not charge seafarers any recruitment or placement fees. Our services are provided transparently and in accordance with UK Maritime and Coastguard Agency requirements.

Complaints Procedure compliant with MLC 2006

Glass Harbour Group operates a formal complaints procedure for Seafarers as follows;

1. Complaints may be submitted by email or in writing.

2. Complaints are acknowledged within 5 working days.

3. An investigation is conducted internally.

4. A written response is provided within 14 days where practicable.

If a complaint cannot be resolved internally, the complainant is informed of their right to contact the MCA using mlc@mcga.gov.uk
