Glass Harbour Consulting is the professional services division of Glass Harbour Group, led by Katie Newman, now in her 15th year in the industry. Katie’s career has been built across two specialist areas; insurance, spanning the Lloyd's and London Market, MGAs, broking, life, pensions and beyond, and superyacht crew placement, matching experienced seafarers to vessels worldwide.

Prior to founding Glass Harbour Consulting, Katie spent a decade at senior level within one of London's leading insurance recruitment consultancies; an experience that shaped both the depth of market knowledge and the standard of service we bring to every assignment. That foundation was laid earlier still in a boutique London consultancy placing operational and support staff across some of the Capital's most prestigious businesses and private households, where the early lessons were in discretion, attention to detail and understanding what exceptional really looks like. An ethos that has carried through everything since.
